This was not the most fun weekend. I got really sick with a cold Thursday night, and it’s stuck with me the whole weekend. I did get a few chores taken care of.

My closest friends will tell you that I normally dread February. Historically, if major bad things are going to happen to me, it will be in February. However this year, it waited until November.

Driver kills egg-throwing teen

Three teenagers were throwing eggs at cars in Columbus, OH. Apparently the driver of an SUV gave chase when his car was hit, jumped out and shot killing one of the teens.

Wrapping up Thanksgiving 2006

We had a pretty typical Thanksgiving. As I’ve already reported, I drove to North Carolina last Monday, and then met friends up in Boone/Blowing Rock on Tuesday. Wednesday I stuck close to home and spent the day with Mom, and had dinner with her and some of her friends. It was overcast and rainy most of the day Wednesday.
